We currently deliver under the following conditions
Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein
Shipping costs are included for purchases over CHF 50.
For orders under CHF 50, a flat shipping fee of CHF 8.50 will be charged.
Shipment usually takes place within 1–2 business days after receipt of order.
Delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days.
Germany, Austria, France, Italy
Shipping costs are included for purchases over €500. For orders under €500, a flat shipping fee of up to €35 will be charged.
Shipping usually takes place within 1-2 business days after receipt of order. Delivery time can take up to 14 business days.

If one of the items you have ordered is not in stock, the delivery of the remaining items will not be affected. Missing items will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Models are subject to change without notice. All prices are net incl. VAT in Swiss francs (CHF). Scheduled offers are only valid for the specified period.
We reserve the right to fulfill your order only to the extent that goods are actually available in stock. Certain older products are sometimes very difficult to obtain. We will endeavor to find these products for you. If we are unable to do so, we will inform you or the item will be automatically canceled 60 days after notification of your order. Please take note of the delivery times stated for each product. However, these empirical values may vary due to backorders.
Atelier Agave AG reserves the right to block customers who refuse to accept delivery.
If the delivery is redelivered or the address is incorrect, the recipient shall bear all shipping costs incurred.
