Our promise

We want you to enjoy shopping with us for a long time and do our best to meet your expectations. Our products are carefully handcrafted and subjected to strict quality control. 

Returns and exchanges

There is no general right of return. However, items can be exchanged for another color in stock at our store in Zurich within 30 days. In exceptional cases, we can also issue a voucher for the amount in question. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Defective articles

It can happen that a fine crack or an air bubble is overlooked during quality control. It can also happen that something is broken during shipping. In these cases, we will immediately replace all defective items, please contact joel@atelieragave.com with a picture immediately after receiving the delivery.
