Coffee cups, tea cups, cups for espresso and cappuccino
Our range of cups was designed by Joel at the potter's wheel in his own studio in Zurich. With our prototypes we always travel to our partner manufactory in Portugal, where we have the cups produced in series.
Mug cups for home baristas and professional coffee drinkers
As someone who already looks forward to the first Flat White in the evening, Joel was very interested in the perfect coffee cup. After extensive discussions with baristas, tests on his own La Marzocco machine and various prototypes, a series was created that makes the heart of all coffee fans beat faster.
Barista cappuccino cup with 200 ml capacity
Our Cappuccino / Flat White Cup holds 180-200 ml, which is the standard you would encounter in any specialty coffee bar. Volume is important here: it provides a balance between coffee and milk. Cups that are too large are often "overfilled" with milk, which means that the taste of the espresso takes a back seat, or too much coffee would have to be used. We especially like to prepare a Flat White with a double Ristretto and 160 ml of finely foamed milk in this cup!
Barista espresso cup with 80 ml capacity
An espresso cup has to be able to do a lot: It should offer space for espresso, ristretto and variations thereof such as espresso macchiato and cortado. The most important thing is that the espresso stays warm. This is ensured by a thick base and a small footprint in the middle. So even a single ristretto stays nice and warm, and the crema doesn't spread over too wide an area. Towards the top, our cup offers enough volume to add a shot of foamed milk.
