Organic Waffle Towel, Olive

Organic cotton towel, with waffle structure, pre-washed

Size: 50 cm x 70 cm. The towels are supplied slightly larger so that they shrink to 50 cm x 70 cm after a few washes at home. During the washing process, the waffle structure contracts and becomes more voluminous. To keep the towels large, we recommend washing them at 40° C and air drying them (not in the tumble dryer).

Joel likes to use different materials and textures in his work as a food photographer: In addition to ceramics and wood, this also includes textiles. That's why it made sense to start his own towel series! Our first towels are available in three colors: Navy blue, olive and white. 

Pre-washed and organic quality

Because we want your cloth to change only minimally after washing, we have had the cloths specially pre-washed. Cloths always shrink during the first few washes - including this one. That is why we have made this cloth 30% larger and pre-washed it several times so that this shrinking process does not happen when you get home. The cloth you have in your hand will therefore remain 95% as it is before the first wash at home. Depending on whether the cloth is dried hot in the tumble dryer, it may shrink slightly.

Olive-green waffle towel

The olive-colored scarf is given an exciting color through the combination of different shades. The yarns, which are woven in different directions, are made from differently dyed organic cotton. If you look closely, you can see two different shades of olive green. There is also a white "accent stripe" in the upper and lower third as a further decorative element. The ends are particularly beautiful due to the fraying at the top and bottom. 

Organic quality and fairly produced

The towels are made of 100% organic cotton and are fairly produced in southern India.
